IN-GAME RULES
- Up to 12 players can be played on match night.
- There will be 12 (maximum) named on team lines.
- Both teams to supply match balls.
- Official team lines must be used, failure to do so will result in a £10 fine for each offence.
- Official strips or bibs must be worn. No mix and match colours allowed.
- A game will only proceed if a team has a minimum of 5 players.
- Subs and officials must stand at the half way line.
- League games shall last 25 minutes each way.
- Subs will go on and off as each team wishes from the half way line.
- There are no sliding tackles allowed, any contact made by such an offence will result in a caution deemed appropriate by the referee.
- The goal keeper cannot pick up back passes.
- There will be no goal kicks.(if the goalkeeper chooses to place the ball on the ground it is deemed in play)
- Oncoming players must wait until the off-going player is within the 5yd line (yellow line) before entering the field of play. Failure to adhere to this will result in a free kick where the offence took place. In more serious circumstances, the oncoming player will be booked at the referees discretion.
- There will be kick-ins opposed to throw-ins. A strict 5 yard exclusion zone will be enforced.
- If a player is guilty of dissent after a free kick has been awarded against his team, the referee will move the ball forward 7 yards and book or send the offending player off. If the ball is moved forward for such an offence after a direct free kick has been awarded and results in the ball entering the penalty area it then becomes a penalty kick.
- Opposition players to stand 7 yards away at free kicks.
- Foul language of any kind is a bookable offence.
- 3 points for a win 1 point for a draw.
- Goal difference will not be taken into account in the final league placings.
In the event of promotion or relegation teams having equal points, a play off will take place.

- Subs and officials on the side lines are reminded that they can be booked for any infringements of rules, dissent etc.
CLUB RULES
- Each team can sign up to 16 players.
- All signed winter league players are excluded from this league. A former winter league player who wishes to play for a team must give a copy of his release to a committee member. And he will be eligible to play 14 days after the release document is received, back dated release forms will not be accepted.
- Trialist are allowed a maximum of 2 games per season and must sign for a club before their third game.
- Playing ineligible players is an offence and the offending team will forfeit the match 3-0, knowingly playing an ineglibile player is a very serious offence and both player and team will be held responsible. Offending player and representative of club will be summoned to appear in front of committee to explain.
- Suspended players can no longer participate in club transfers until all suspensions are lifted.
- Teams allowed a 5 minute grace to start the game. Teams will be required to start the game with less than 7 players after this time, any team unable to field a team after this time will be fined £10.
- Failure of a team to show up for a scheduled match, will result in them forfeiting the match 3-0 and also incur a 3 point deduction. Also the offending team will pay the full referees fee and any fine incurred for the offence.
- If a team cannot raise 5 players the opposition will be awarded the match 3-0.
- A team failing to get enough players for a scheduled match will pay the full referees fee.
- Each team to pay the referee before the match kicks off. This is to be handed over with official team lines.
- There will be a system of fines for teams with a bad disciplinary records.
Teams have 14 days to pay the fine or risk being expelled from the league.
- Only signed players can play in cup competitions.
